Having received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan in 1978 and his Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1982, Mr. Vincent offers nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in many practice areas. He specializes in commercial law matters such as business formation, compliance, employee matters, and discrimination issues. Divorce and related custody matters, personal injury, criminal defense and premises liability are only some of the areas of law in which Mr. Vincent has practical and pertinent experience.
